Yearly Reflection

Before you rush into resolutions… pause.

Breathe.

The final days of December are sacred—not for goal-setting, but for honoring everything you’ve carried.

You made it through:

  • Things you didn’t think you’d get through

  • Unexpected turns

  • Internal battles no one saw

  • Quiet healing

  • Brave moments

Even if it didn’t look “productive,” it was still progress.

A Year-End Reflection Practice:

  1. Light a candle. Sit in silence for 2 minutes.

  2. Write down 3 things you survived this year.

  3. Bless and release what no longer belongs to you.

  4. Thank yourself for showing up—even when it was hard.

You don’t need a reinvention. You need recognition.

Celebrate your quiet strength.

The new year will come—but for now, just rest in the truth: you made it.
