Our wide range of services includes parent/child groups for building healthy connections, body positivity sessions, individual and group counselling, and virtual options (call, video, text, or email)—and so much more!

    Bring2Life Creative Counselling is committed to ensuring that all employees, clients, and partners understand our commitment to privacy and data protection. We are committed to our employees and clients regarding the way we handle information. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information is critical to Bring2Life Creative Counselling's business practices. Bring2Life Creative Counselling's daily operations are predicated on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in an appropriate, responsible, and ethical manner. All employees are required to handle sensitive personal client information in a confidential and appropriate manner in accordance with the Privacy Act and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Trains and educates all employees in Handling Personal Information in the Workplace. Your Privacy Bring2Life Creative Counselling employees collect and handle sensitive personal client information in a confidential and appropriate manner in accordance with the Privacy Act and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Why we need your Personal Health Information As defined by PIPEDA, personal information includes: any factual or subjective information, recorded or not, about an identifiable individual. This includes information in any form, such as to identify you for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained or compiled, or for a purpose consistent with that purpose; for any other purpose permitted, authorized, or required by FOIPP; or with the explicit consent of the individual to whom the personal information pertains, or by someone duly authorized to provide such consent on that individual's behalf. Keeping your Health Information Secure Limiting use, disclosure, and retention: Unless required by law, all private employee/client information collected by Bring2Life Creative Counselling will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected. Private employee/client information will only be retained as necessary to serve the purposes for which it was collected. Accuracy: Bring2Life Creative Counselling will maintain personal employee/client information as accurate, complete, and as up-to-date as possible. Bring2Life Creative Counselling may request periodic updates from its employees to ensure that the information on file is accurate. Safeguards: Bring2Life Creative Counselling will protect any personal employee/client information it has collected, either by locked filing cabinets, encrypted drives, or any other means necessary to ensure the privacy of the information. Freedom of Information Bring2Life Creative Counselling is committed to protecting the privacy of its employees/clients and will do so in accordance with Saskatchewan's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPP).

Terms Of Service

Welcome to Bring2Life Creative Counselling. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

DEFINITIONS

"We," "Us," and "Our": Refers to Bring2Life Creative Counselling. "Client," "You," and "Your": Refers to the individual or entity using our services.

SERVICES

We offer On-The-Go Mobile Counselling services to individuals, couples, and families across Saskatchewan. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each counselling session will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.

USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

​

PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Bring2Life Creative Counselling, including counselling materials, content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes personal details shared during counselling sessions, as well as any other proprietary information not publicly known.

IMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bring2Life Creative Counselling will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

​

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Bring2Life Creative Counselling harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

​

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.

​

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services after the changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
