Valentine’s Day is everywhere this week—but not everyone feels seen by it.
If you’re single, heartbroken, in a healing season, or just emotionally tired… it can feel like this whole week was not made for you.
But what if we reclaimed it?
Love isn’t just romantic.
It’s:
The friend who checks in
The coffee you make yourself in the morning
The way you talk to your inner child
The boundary you held even though it was hard
How to Practice Love That Actually Heals:
Write yourself a note of care or encouragement
Tell someone non-romantic that you love them
Create a “self-ritual” this week — slow tea, long bath, journaling, music
Release shame around being where you are in your relationship status, healing, or identity
Love isn’t one box, one day, or one person.
It’s everywhere—especially within you.
